Local 747 recognizes these members for their heroic actions in diffusing a potentially life threatening situation.
Scott Harper and Chuck Jenkins, a Firefighter/Paramedic team from Station 7-C went above and beyond for their roles during the capture and arrest of an armed assailant outside of Northeast High School in May. After responding to a 911 call concerning a car accident at the corner of 54th Ave. No. and 16th Street, Scott and Chuck helped capture and disarm the fleeing driver who threatened innocent bystanders with a loaded firearm. Great job guys.
